We don't have enough sports officials. It's a local and national crisis. Our mission is to give officials of all experience levels everything needed to get into or continue in the profession and then to connect those officials with the people who schedule games and need officials.
To get started in officiating, you need to do three things:
1. Get trained (you don't need any experience).
2. Find the right uniforms and gear.
3. Find places and games to work.
Reffly is your one-stop shop for all of those tasks.
By signing up up with us, you are added to our database of officials. That database is available to the people who assign sports officials to work games in your area. They are actively looking for officials. They will find you through Reffly.
Likewise, you will receive access to our database of assigners--the people who assign sports officials to work their games. We'll help you reach out to those people to let them know that you're interested and available.
Finally, you will receive our monthly newsletter, which includes information on gear and uniforms, training opportunities, and current events in the world of officiating.
